Q: We are interested in hiring you, what happens next?
A: Once you get in touch we will arrange to meet with you and discuss your plans further, take a look at your garden etc. We will then provide you with a written quote and some design sketches if required etc. This is a free, no obligation service.
Q: My garden is really unsuitable for my needs, I'm not sure what kind of garden I want, I'm no Monty Don and I'm not sure what questions to ask?
A: No problem, that's where we can help! We believe we are genuinely good at interpreting your requirements and putting our ideas forward to you.
Q: Will you arrange to come and see us and not turn up, come to see us, promise to give a quote and never get back to us?
A: That would be bad business practice to us, we love talking about gardens with people, we will give you a clear time frame on how long it will take to complete your quote.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we have full public liability insurance and indemnity insurance for your peace of mind.
Q: We have no outside access to our garden, is that an issue?
A: We regularly work on prestigious properties in the country and in London with restricted access and are adaptable to working conditions.
Q: What area do you work in? How far do you travel?
A: We work locally in the surrounding counties of South West Oxfordshire. Usually within a 30 mile radius of Shrivenham. We also work on projects in London.
Q: How old are the gardens you display on your website?
A: All work displayed has been completed since April 2015.
Q: I want the perfect garden but my budget means I can't do it all in one go! Can it be done in stages?
A: Everyone has at least a 5 or ten year home development plan. We often do projects that develop every few months, yearly or longer. Planning is the main key to this so you get value for money and the same work is not repeated.
